Mrs Annah hold a BSC honors in International Financial Services and Compliance from the University of Mauritius.
She has acquired over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector.
She sits in the board of directors of a number of international funds and is an approved officer of the financial services commission of Mauritius as well as approved DMLRO.
Priya has been with the firm for more than 10 years. Her experience and expertise in corporate operations and strategy have made her a valuable asset to the organization. Priya is passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
Rachna holds a Bsc in accounting and finance from Curtin university and a LL.M in international business law from Paris 2.
She is an approved officer of the financial services commission of Mauritius and is a director in a number of the group’s entities. Over her career Rachna has also successfully overseen project funding in real estate and oil & gas totalling hundreds of millions of USD in deal size.
Rachna has been with the company for more than 8 years and as CFO is responsible for the various functions for both the company and our esteemed clients such as managing financial and accounting affairs of the company, taking necessary financial decisions to meet organizational goals and publicly presenting the company’s financial reports to clients, shareholders and external agencies.
Vandana read law at the University of Wolverhampton and holds a Master of Laws from Northumbria University, England.
She is a barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, England and sworn in as a barrister at the Bar of Mauritius.
She is the Chief Legal Officer of a diversified holding operating in financial services, technology and compliance services. Vandana sits on a number of boards including that of LAIP Mauritius, a subsidiary of the sovereign wealth fund of Libya.
She acts as the Company Secretary of Capital Horizons Ltd and is an approved officer by the Financial Services Commission.
