Mr Reddy has had a successful 30-year career within the financial services industry. During that time he has created and sold off businesses that has helped evolve the banking, retail and the mobile industries. As an entrepreneur he has diverse hands-on experience with the creation of concepts, innovating for sustainability, and taking companies from start-ups to successful sustainable businesses.
His contribution to the financial services industry has resulted in him being appointed in an advisory capacity to South African Banks, Mobile Operators, the Irish Financial Services Trade Mission, and the Kenyan Bankers Association.
He now leads an incubator that is focused on financial inclusion and “Sustainable Living in the Fourth Industrial Revolution”.
In Mauritius, where he has invested since 2012, Mr Reddy is the Chairman and founding Partner of Capital Horizons Ltd.
Chief Executive Officer
After his studies and thereafter working in a listed MNC, the British American Tobacco, Mr. Kundomal was ready to live his passion and be an entrepreneur.
Since 2010, he has been involved in Renewable Energy, real estate, financial services, technology oil and gas and agriculture. He is a shareholder in a number of ventures including the Multiple award winning Capital Horizons Group (a financial services provider, present in Mauritius, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates), Igknight (a technology company involved in cyber security and public safety) representing NEC in Mauritius, Kubera Investments (Oil and Gas) and Hydro crisp (a tech-based hydroponics company).
Mr. Kundomal sits on the board of directors of several important companies, including a subsidiary of the SBM group, a listed banking conglomerate, and large multinationals (whose market cap exceeds the billion dollar mark) and previously sat on national committees in Mauritius, amongst which the steering group on Energy in the MID commission, under the aegis of the Prime Minister’s office of the Republic of Mauritius. Mr. Kundomal, in his capacity of CEO of Capital Horizons also regularly advises Ultra High Net worth individual, multinationals and Governments. Capital Horizons administers and consults for three sovereign funds/public investment companies bringing its net asset under administration in the billions of dollars.

Tin Young LI YUEN FONG
Mr Li Yuen Fong graduated in Agriculture and Sugar Technology from the University of Mauritius in 1976. He has since been closely connected with the Sugar industry both in Mauritius and Africa having held various senior positions including those of General Manager of Mtibwa Sugar Estate in Tanzania, General Secretary of the Mauritius Chamber of Agriculture and Director of the Mauritius Sugar Producers Association.
As from 2016 Mr Li Yuen Fong is a director of TY Consulting Ltd, a company providing consultancy services in the sugar sector.
Mr Li Yuen Fong also sits on the board of directors of several institutions, namely Business Mauritius, Mauritius Cane Industry Authority, Mauritius Sugar Syndicate, Sugar Industry Pension Fund and Sugar Insurance Fund. He is also the Chairman of the Regional Training Centre.
With his extensive board membership and good all-round experience in corporate governance gathered over the years, Mr Li Yuen Fong was appointed as non-executive director of Capital Horizons Ltd in 2016.
Mamade Fazroola BARAHIM
Mr Barahim is a professional accountant and fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also a member of MIPA and of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
He joined Capital Horizons Ltd (“CHL”) in August 2015 as CFO after spending more than 10 years in the auditing field with Baker Tilly (Mauritius). He has a wide experience of audits of various companies, including some well-known PIE’s. Currently, he is the Company Secretary of Capital Horizons Ltd and sits on the board of several global companies under CHL’s management.
He has joined the financial services sector in view of the challenges and the opportunities it provides.
Mr Barahim is an approved officer by the FSC.
